With HERMES Scheduler, a remote call center or a manager can schedule optimized appointments more efficiently. The user friendly interface simplifies the scheduling process and allows to collect all technical or sales information required for a successful customer meeting.
When connected to WEBFLEET, the tasks are automatically sent to the field force navigation devices and the planning is updated in real time according to the progress of the tour.
